SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment where possible. We will email you if there is some stock on your order which may not be available and, where possible, a substitute will be made if agreeable.

PAYMENT

Credit card payment by Visa Card or Mastercard. Online payment is via Paypal where you can securely use your credit card. No credit card details will be stored in the RitzyRocks database.

Cheque: payable to RitzyRocks - allow 7 days for clearance of cheque

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All parcels within Australia will be sent Express Post for proof of delivery. Cost is $AUD 10.00

SHIPPING OVERSEAS

Goods will be sent Australia Post Economy Airmail unless otherwise requested and will be at an airmail rate of $AUD 11.00

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason any products supplied by RitzyRocks is not satisfactory, return it within 30 days of the original purchase date to RitzyRocks with a written explanation of your dissatisfaction of such product, along with proof of purchase, for either an exchange or for a full refund of the original purchase price of the article. The Guarantee does not cover willful damage.
